Welcome to Elmbridge Farm, a secluded lakeside tipi wedding venue set in the heart of Worcestershire.
Nestled in 50 acres of farmland, our venue hosts unforgettable tipi weddings, between April and September, for up to 150 seated guests (200 max capacity). The venue comes as ‘dry hire’, so you can choose your own ideal catering suppliers, and corkage just isn’t our vibe.
The tipi comes fully functional and fitted to a beautiful standard with essential equipment and furniture from sound system to cake table. If you’re looking to make a weekend of it, then our luxury lodge-style cottages are available for separate hire.
We genuinely love getting to know all our couples throughout their wedding story and we offer only a handful of weddings each year, on an exclusive hire basis.
Elmbridge Farm is accessed down a sweeping driveway, past fields and stables. The tipi gradually comes into view, overlooking a lake in a wide-open clearance. You will be surrounded by natural woodland, still water and wildlife in a peaceful space which is exclusively yours.
Our brand new tipi is made up of four linked hats. The essential equipment such as generator, catering tent, dining furniture and bar are all provided and included with the hire. The tipi is furnished in a natural and simple style. We have used wood for our bar, flooring and dining furniture to be in-keeping with our outdoor setting. Enjoy decorating this blank canvas however you wish.
A wooden-clad toilet block stands in the woodland, a few steps from the tipi, ensuring comfort and luxury in the outdoors. There is access throughout the venue for pushchairs and wheelchairs and a disabled/baby-change toilet.
No two weddings here are the same. Elmbridge Farm is ‘dry hire’ meaning the venue is hired to you without suppliers. Source your own choices and if you would like some help, we provide a Recommended Suppliers List, just for our couples, with some great options for caterers, celebrants, florists and more.
The venue is corkage free. You are welcome to bring your own drink stock to be served by your caterers throughout the day, with no charge. If you would like guests to pay for drinks at any point during the day then we can operate a paid bar inside the tipi’s snug, with our own staff.
A large carpark provides guests easy access and free parking onsite, overnight.
Elmbridge Farm is a picturesque setting which changes with the seasons and Spring, Summer and Autumn each bring their own charm.
There are several spaces to hold an unofficial ceremony at The Farm. The lakeside space sits across a pretty footbridge, with the lake and natural greenery creating an amazing backdrop for your vows. The woodland spot is hidden away in a clearance in the wooded area and is a more intimate and rustic option with fairy-tale enchantment.
Whether it’s a celebrant-led ceremony, a blessing, or a few words spoken by a friend, unofficial ceremonies are always memorable; with no rules or restraints on how they are carried out they are unique and often quite emotional! In the cooler months and also as a rain contingency, ceremonies can be held inside the tipi which has ample space.
